Refund and Returns Policy
30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility:
- Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached. We cannot accept used or altered items.
Initiating a Return:
- To begin your return process, contact our customer service at admin@zingapparel.com. Provide your order number and a valid reason for the return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping expenses.
Packaging:
- Whenever possible, please return the item in its original packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition.
Refunds
Processing Time:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Partial Refunds:
- In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if the returned item is slightly used but still in good condition.
Refund Exceptions:
- Items in the Final Sale category, promotional items, or gift cards are non-returnable and not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
Eligibility for Exchanges:
- Exchanges are allowed if the item meets our return eligibility criteria.
- If you need a different size or style, you can exchange your item following the return process outlined above.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges:
- Customers are responsible for both return shipping and reshipping costs for exchanges.
- Once your return is processed, we will guide you on placing a new exchange order.
